Tom had no idea what he was getting into when asked to design the website. ....new career option for after retirement on March 26th!

Since I and many other classmates will be traveling a long distance for this special event, I like to suggest that maybe it would be nice to have a few other gatherings. My suggestion is maybe those interested could meet Friday night at a resteraunt, Sat and or Sunday morning for breakfast/coffee. If the bowling alley is still open late morning/early afternoon gathering there.  I just feel that there maybe more we can do the weekend,  since this is a once in a lifetime oppurtunity to see friends we may not have seen in years. These addition events would be very inexpensive gatherings and no additional expenses to the committee. Like to hear others thoughts on this.

FRIDAY GATHERING:  Starting at 4:30 PM, we will be gathering at Benny’s Pizza (968 Columbus Avenue).  Happy Hour is 4:00-6:00 PM.  Nametags won’t be available until Saturday night, so it should be an interesting evening.  Family and friends are welcome to join us.

PHOTOGRAPHER:  Fleshman Photography will be taking our group photo – and any other requested posed photos throughout the evening.  The photographer asks that once he sets up group photos, no other cameras be used to take the picture.  That does not preclude anyone from taking other photos – just please don’t use the photographer’s formal posed set-ups.

The group photo will be taken at 6:30 PM and will be available for purchase for $20 by the end of the evening.  Because we are having such an incredible turnout – and getting us posed is often like herding cats –if you want to be in the photo, please be there on time.  All other photos taken by the photographer will be $12 for a 5x7 print.

Dinner will begin soon after the photo is taken.

SATURDAY SCHOOL TOUR:  No reservation is needed to join the group for the tour.  Meet at the Sixth Street entrance to the building at 3:55 PM. 

PARKING:  The Dutch Mill Greenhouse is located at 18443 St. Rt. 4.  There is parking on both sides of the building.

Standing here, looking back over a bridge that spans 50 years, there is an image that I see that I have carried closely with me for all those years. You are all a part of my base, my foundation and for that, I am grateful. Consciously and unconsciously, I believe that we have woven ourselves into the tapestry of the lives that we have lived. It will be nice to celebrate the singular event that brought us all together and keeps us together, the MHS Class of '68!

From our 1968 Key book. Takes a special meaning now more than ever

When the photographer is finished taking the class photograph, I would really appreciate it if the "kids" from Raymond and Raymond/Broadway would pose for a group photo.  I'd love to compare my class pictures from grades 1-6 with how we look now!  It may be a fun idea for the Marysville kids to get photographed by elementary school.

Had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed playing "who's that over there?"!! Special thanks to all the organisers who worked so hard to make this the best one yet!  Special special thanks to Kathy Taylor McCormick for making all the desserts (I don't know if it was mentioned at the reunion).  Safe trip home for all the travellers!

Tom, thanks for making this website. Thanks especially to Rebecca and all the organizing committee. Things like this don't just happen by magic, and everybody who made this one happen did a great job. I'm grateful for the chance to see so many old friends for such a fun evening.

We want to thank the committee for a great reunion this year. It ws a true plesure seeing all my clssmates and spouses. Eileen and I sure enjoyed everyone this weekend. You made the trip well worth it. 

Thank you so much for all of you who worked hard to put together our reunion.  It was great seeing everyone.  I didn't know Kathy did the deserts.  Thanks, Kathy.

Thanks to all committee members who took the time to make sure our class had a once in a lifetime experience for our 50th Class Reunion.  I had a great time....would have liked to stay longer on Saturday evening but when you have asthma it can rear it's ugly head at any time which it did....I loved watching many of the classmates reconnect with their best friend(s)....sadly I could not convince my Broadway friends to attend but Raymond and Marysville classmates are my family too....my hats off to everyone who attended....food was great and atmosphere was awesome too...

Thank you to all that made this wonderful reunion happen.  I know it was a lot of work and it turned out great.  It was great to see all of you who atteneded. I am so happy Fred and I were able to come up from Florida early enough to attend.  Thank you again to everyone for all your hard work.

Thank you to everyone that worked to make last weekend happen especially Rebecca, Tom, and Kay for organizing everything. I really appreciate all the work that you did. Also, thank you to everyone that attended any of the events for making the effort regardless if you came from near or far. Each and everyone that attended contributed added to the overall experience. It was wonderfull to see and catch-up with classmates that haven't been on my radar for years.
